By accessing or engaging my creative services—including but not limited to video editing, graphic design, web development, and consultation—you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before making any payment, submitting materials, or initiating a project.

1. Services Offered

I provide professional creative services including:

  • Video editing and post-production

  • Graphic design (logos, branding, digital assets)

  • Website design and development

  • One-on-one consultations and creative direction

All services are delivered according to a mutually agreed-upon scope, schedule, and fee.

2. Payments & Retainers

  • A retainer or deposit may be required to begin any project. This amount will be clearly outlined in your invoice.

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe, unless otherwise arranged (e.g. Zelle, cash, or check).

  • Invoices must be paid in full by the date stated. Failure to pay on time may delay or suspend work.

3. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of creative work, payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is canceled before any work is completed, partial refunds may be considered at my discretion.

4. Revisions & Approvals

  • Most projects include 1–2 rounds of revisions depending on the scope.

  • Any significant changes to the original scope may incur additional charges.

  • Final approval is required before delivery of completed digital assets.

5. Delivery of Digital Assets

  • Final files will be delivered via email, Dropbox, Google Drive, or a secure download link.

  • All digital files are considered final once approved and sent.

  • Ongoing access to files is not guaranteed after final delivery unless otherwise arranged.

6. Intellectual Property

  • I retain the right to display completed work in my professional portfolio unless otherwise requested.

  • Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the final work for its intended purpose.

  • Source files (e.g. PSDs, project files) are not included unless explicitly stated.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide all necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Respect the timeline and terms agreed upon at project start.

  • Communicate any changes or concerns as early as possible.

8. Confidentiality

Any personal or project-related information you share will be treated with full confidentiality and will not be shared without your consent.

9. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a project at any time due to non-payment, lack of communication, or inappropriate behavior.
